The 9-strain HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccine is a vaccine that has been developed to protect against up to 9 strains of HPV, including high-risk strains that are the main cause of cervical cancer and genital warts. It can protect against up to 9 strains of HPV: HPV 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58.
🎯 Why should it be injected from ages 9–21?
- The age range of 9–14 is when the immune system responds best.
