Terms and Conditions for Participating in the AIA Prestige Club Annual Health Checkup Program
1. Eligible individuals must present their national identification card and the redemption code via the AIA+ application to the staff before receiving the health checkup service.
2. This AIA Prestige Club annual health checkup is only valid with doctors participating in the program. It does not include specialist doctor fees for treatment or other service fees. Additional health checkup items beyond those specified at participating hospitals are outside the scope of this privilege, and the company will not be responsible for any expenses incurred.
3. This privilege cannot be accumulated, exchanged, converted into cash, or transferred to others, and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
4. Service is subject to the terms and conditions of each hospital. Please check additional conditions and contact the participating hospital directly. The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from the service. AIA's decision is final.
5. This privilege is reserved exclusively for AIA Prestige Club members who maintain their membership status according to the program's terms and conditions on the date of service.
