Q: Where is Vibhavadi Hospital located?
A: It is located at 51/3 Ngamwongwan Road, Ladyao, Jatujak, Bangkok (corner of Vibhavadi and Ngamwongwan Road).
Q: Whom should I contact to assist my visa and immigration process?

Q: Do you accept agents and foreign insurance?
A: Yes, as long as there is payment guarantee received from the insurance company or agents upon admission.
Q: Do you have an international patient ward?
A: Yes, our international patient ward is located on the 16th floor.
Q: What languages do your doctors speak?
A: Most of our physicians speak English. Translators of other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and Burmese are also available upon request.
Q: Does Vibhavadi Hospital provide pick-up service upon arrival?
A: Yes, transportation to and from the airport can be arranged with the International Department.
Q: How far is Suvarnabhumi International Airport from the hospital?
A: It takes about 50 minutes (one-way) by car without traffic.
Q: Can my relative stay in the patient’s room?
A: Yes, a sofa bed is available for relatives. And an extra bed can be requested with additional surcharge.
Q: How many people are allowed to stay overnight in the patient’s room?
A: Two persons are allowed to stay with the patient.
Q: Is cable TV provided in the patient’s room?
A: Yes, all private rooms are provided with selected cable TV channels.
Q: Is internet access provided in the patient’s room?
A: Yes, you will need to bring your own laptop for internet access.
Q: Where can I stay if my treatment does not require me to stay overnight in the hospital?

Q: Where can I exchange money?
A: You can exchange money at Siam Commercial Bank, a few minutes walking distance from the hospital.
Q: Where can I go shopping?
A: Vibhavadi Hospital is located near The Mall and Central Department Store, both of which will take 15 minutes drive by Taxi. There is also the Jatujak Weekend Market which is open on weekends and holidays.
