Age-Based Health Check-Up Program

Age-Based Health Care – A Simple Tip You Shouldn’t Ignore

Good health doesn’t come from luck — it starts with knowing how to take care of your body at every stage of life.
Taking care of your health by age helps prevent illness before it starts and gives you confidence to live well at any age.

How to Take Care of Your Health by Age

🔹 Under 30
Build a strong health foundation with regular exercise, enough sleep, avoiding risky behaviors, and getting a basic annual check-up.

🔹 Ages 30–40
This is a high-stress, high-risk phase. Regular screenings for liver, kidney, heart, blood sugar, cholesterol, and early signs of chronic diseases are recommended.

🔹 Ages 40 and above
As the body begins to age, it’s important to have more detailed check-ups — including heart and vascular health, bone density, and cancer screenings.

Why Take Care of Your Health by Age?

✔ Prevent serious diseases before they develop
✔ Understand age-related health risks
✔ Plan your care more effectively
✔ Reduce long-term treatment costs
