✅ Helps reduce the spread of infections within families and communities.
Tdap vaccine is a combination vaccine that helps prevent diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis, which are infectious diseases that can occur in both children and adults. Especially in those who have not been vaccinated or have been vaccinated for a long time, immunity may be reduced.
Recommendations
✅ Should be boosted every 10 years for continuous immunity.
✅ If pregnant, should be injected during 27–36 weeks of pregnancy.
Hepatitis A vaccine for children helps prevent hepatitis A, which is transmitted by eating or drinking contaminated food or water. It is common in young children, and most of them do not have symptoms, but can spread the virus to others.
Injection recommendations
✅ Should be injected 2 times
✅ The second dose should be 6–12 months after the first dose
The chickenpox vaccine protects against infection with the varicella-zoster virus, which is the cause of chickenpox. It is common in children and can be spread easily in schools and childcare centers.
Immunization recommendations
✅ Get 2 doses
✅ The second dose should be given at least 4–8 weeks after the first dose.
The MMRV vaccine is a vaccine that helps prevent common childhood infections, including Measles, Rubella, Mumps, and Varicella in one shot, reducing the number of shots needed and building effective immunity.
Injection recommendations
✅ Get 2 shots
✅ The 2nd shot should be at least 4–6 weeks after the first shot (or get a booster shot depending on your age).
