Microdiscectomy Surgery Package
- ncludes operating room fees, medical equipment in the operating room, and necessary surgical equipment.
- Includes surgeon's fees, anesthesiologist's fees, and consultation fees as specified in the package.
- Includes operating room nurses, recovery room fees, and hospital service fees.
- Includes medications and medical supplies used during surgery as specified by the hospital.
- Includes take-home medications (as specified by the hospital; any additional medications beyond the specified list must be paid for by the patient).
Remark :
- Excludes consultation fees with other doctors such as internists and cardiologists.
- Excludes pre-operative evaluation costs (e.g., blood tests, X-rays, MRI, EKG, etc.).
- Excludes personal medications or additional tests not covered in the package.
- This package is not applicable in cases of abnormal pathology or complications/specific surgeries.
- Excludes miscellaneous expenses such as phone charges, additional food orders, physical therapy, and ICU room charges if deemed necessary by the physician.
- Participants in the package must be evaluated and approved by the physician, and only participating physicians are included.
