Shipman's medical certificate
This program includes inspection details as follows:
- Check for abnormalities of the lungs and heart by X-ray.
- Occupational health eye exam
- Hearing function test
- Blood test to check the completeness of the blood cells.
- Check for abnormalities in the urine.
-Dental check
- Estimated time required for examination: 2 hours.
Conditions for receiving service
1. No need to abstain from eating before the test.
2. You can receive the results back on the day of the test.
3. Please prepare your identification documents, Passport and Seaman book, a valid ID card on the day of inspection.
4. In the case of wearing glasses, the service recipient should bring glasses on the examination day.
Remark : 1. This service rate does not include additional examinations and other medical treatment. (Apart from the items above) 2. The hospital reserves the right to change service rates without prior notice. 3. Seaman's medical certificate (Cor.5).
