- Includes medications and medical supplies used during the surgery as specified by the hospital.
- Includes take-home medications (as specified by the hospital; any items beyond the specified list must be paid for by the patient).
- Includes a special single room for 3 days and 2 nights, with meals (as specified by the hospital).

Remark :

- This package is reserved for patients assessed by a doctor to have shoulder stiffness unrelated to tendons or requiring additional tendon repair; such conditions will not be covered by this package. - Consultation fees for other doctors, such as internists. - Excludes pre-operative evaluation costs (blood tests, X-ray, MRI, EKG, etc.). - Costs for medications for chronic diseases or additional tests beyond the package. - This package cannot be used in cases of abnormal pathological conditions or complications/specific surgeries. - Miscellaneous expenses such as phone charges, extra ordered meals, physical therapy, ICU room charges in cases where the doctor deems it necessary for observation. - Participants in the package must undergo evaluation/consideration by a doctor.
