Green & Clean Hospital: Vibhavadi Hospital’s Commitment to Sustainable Healthcare

Vibhavadi Hospital is committed to becoming a certified Green & Clean Hospital by implementing comprehensive environmental initiatives to reduce our ecological impact and build a truly sustainable healthcare system.

Our key environmental strategies include:

• Expanding green spaces within the hospital

• Proper and efficient waste management

• Promoting the use of eco-friendly materials

• Monitoring water usage and managing wastewater effectively

• Improving energy efficiency, including the installation of solar panels to generate our own electricity

In the past year, Vibhavadi Hospital successfully recycled 50,139 kilograms of waste and generated 516,994 kWh of electricity from solar energy. We also joined a carbon footprint reduction program, achieving a reduction of 21,929.45 kg CO₂e, equivalent to planting 2,437 large trees.
