VISITING REGULATIONS ICU Department

1. Visiting times are
   9.30–11.00 hrs., 14.30–16.00 hrs., and 18.00–21.00 hrs.

2. Two visitors are allowed at a time, for no longer than 15 minutes.

3. Please wash your hands before and after each visit.

4. Please ring the bell at the entrance once and wait for our staff to assist you.

5. Please close the automatic door after entering and exiting for safety and loss prevention.

6. If patients are asleep, visitors are requested not to disturb or attempt to wake them, as adequate rest is essential for recovery.

7. After visiting, a relatives’ waiting room is available near the ICU. Please do not leave valuables unattended. The hospital will not be responsible for any loss.

8. The waiting room is open from 7.00–21.00 hrs.

Note

1. Relatives are not allowed to stay overnight in the waiting room.

2. In case a patient is admitted after 21.00 hrs., the waiting room may be opened for relatives if necessary.

9. Children below 12 years old are not allowed to visit patients in the ICU.
