Package การผ่าตัดข้อกระดูกส่องกล้อง เพื่อรักษาหมอนรองเข่าหรือซ่อมแซม

ครอบคลุมรายการดังนี้ - ค่าแพทย์ผู้ทำผ่าตัด - ค่าวิสัญญีแพทย์ - ค่าห้องผ่าตัด - ค่าเครื่องมือแพทย์ - ค่าเวชภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ในห้องผ่าตัด - ค่าห้องเดี่ยวพิเศษ 2 คืน 3 วัน (นอนโรงพยาบาล 2 คืน 3 วัน) - ค่าบริการพยาบาล - ค่าอาหาร - ค่าบริการโรงพยาบาล - ค่ายากลับบ้านรวมถึงการติดตามดูแลแผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง(ในกรณีแผล ผ่าตัดไม่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อน) ไม่ครอบคลุมรายการดังนี้ - การตรวจประเมินร่างกายก่อนเข้ารับการผ่าตัด อาทิ Lab, Chest X-Ray EKG. - ค่าปรึกษาแพทย์อื่นๆ อาทิ อายุรแพทย์ - ค่ายาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรคอื่นๆ อาทิ โรคเบาหวาน โรคความดันโลหิต - ค่าใช้จ่ายเบ็ดเตล็ดอื่นๆ อาทิ ค่าโทรศัพท์ ค่าอาหารที่สั่งเพิ่ม - การนอนพักฟื้นเกินจากจำนวนวันที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด โรงพยาบาลจะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนเกินโดยลดเฉพาะค่าห้องพัก 15% แต่อย่างไรก็ตามในการผ่าตัดส่งกล้องเพื่อเย็บหมอนรองเข่า และ/หรือ ซ่อมแซมจะสามารถเข้า Package หรือไม่นั้นขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของศัลยแพทย์เจ้าของไข้เท่านั้น

- Fee for the doctor who performed the surgery
- Anesthesiologist fees
- Surgery room fees
- Cost of medical equipment
- Cost of medical supplies used in the operating room
- Special single room rate 2 nights 3 days (hospital stay 2 nights 3 days)
- Nursing service fee
- Food expenses
- Hospital service fees
- Medicine costs to take home including continuous wound care monitoring (in the case of wounds Surgery had no complications)

The following items are not covered:
- Physical assessment before surgery such as Lab, Chest X-Ray EKG.
- Other medical consultation fees such as internists
- Cost of medicines related to other diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
- Other miscellaneous expenses such as telephone bills, additional food orders.
- Staying in recovery beyond the number of days specified by the hospital

The hospital will charge excess costs by reducing only the room rate by 15%. However, in laparoscopic surgery to sew a knee disc and/or repair it, whether or not it can be included in the package is at the discretion of the surgeon who owns the patient.
