Mother Class: Preparing for a Healthy Pregnancy and Beyond
A healthy pregnancy is something every expectant mother desires, and achieving it requires proper self-care—both physically and mentally. For first-time mothers, concerns and uncertainties can be overwhelming.
To help ease these concerns and enhance knowledge about prenatal and postnatal care, we are organizing Mother Class, a special session designed for first-time moms in their 33 - 42 weeks of pregnancy.
