The Board of Directors of Vibhavadi Medical Center Public Company Limited
(The Company) meeting No. 2/2552 which was held on March 17, 2009
passed the resolution for the Company to buy 69,999,993 existing ordinary
shares of Princeton Park Suites Co., Ltd (Princeton) from Thai Factory
Development Public Company Limited (TFD). The transaction size
subjects the Company to disclosure under the Securities and Exchange Act and
the notification of the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
re Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies Concerning
the Connected Transactions, 2003 and re Disclosure of Information and Other
Acts of Listed Companies Concerning the Acquisition and Disposition of
Assets, 2004.
