Our Inception is

With an intention to help Thai people to achieve
good health and have more choices in taking more care of themselves,
Vibhavadi hospital was thus established on March 1, 1986 with
an emphasis to provide medical care, a full range of diagnostic
and treatment services by a team of physicians and medical specialists
of all fields with state-of-the-art medical equipment, ambulances
ready to transport patients nationwide with services opening for
24 hours. Later on, Vibhavadi hospital which is a company registered
as a medical establishment became a listed company in the Stock
Exchange of Thailand known as Vibhavadi Medical Center Public
Company Limited with an abbreviated name as “VIBHA” in the stock
market. At present, Vibhavadi hospital has 350 beds to accommodate
patients and more than 70 examination rooms to provides services
to approximately 1,500-2,000 outpatients, offering a medical center
of specialists of all fields with more than 50 full-time physicians,
250 consulting physicians, important medical equipment such as
computerized X-ray machines, lung performance meters, wavefront
devices for LASIK surgery, laparoscopic surgery equipment, gastroendoscopy
equipment, etc. In addition, the hospital has already been granted
with an ISO 9001 : 2000 Certificate.

Outpatient Services
Outpatient services are provided by a team of medical
specialists of all fields throughout 24 hours such as obstetrics-gynecology,
pediatrics, medicine and surgery. In addition, Vibhavadi hospital
also serves as a specialty service center such as an advanced
LASIK center, an orthopedic surgery center, a gastrointestinal
disease center, a respiratory disease center, a cardiac disease
and rehabilitation center, an infertility clinic, a center for
laparoscopic surgery, microsurgery, gastroendoscopy, a dental
and specialty dental center, a hemodialysis center as well as
a center for plastic surgery and specialty surgery in all medical
areas, etc.
Inpatient services are provided
with a variety of rooms as required.
Emergency Unit Services
Emergency unit services are provided by a team of physicians,
nurses, experts in accident and emergency throughout 24 hours.
In addition, ambulance service nationwide, Vibhavadi Home Care
and Emergency Elderly Care are also provided.
Medical examination services both
inside and outside the hospital.
Alternative Medicine Services,
Acupuncture Clinic, Vibhavadi's Traditional Thai Massage Center
Other services are also
offered including a fitness center, a beauty center (Medisci -
Advanced Science of Wellness and Beauty Body Design), Vibhavadi’s
Child and Elder Caregiver Training School (opening for students

In providing services, each clinic is further
subdivided into specialty areas. For example, the internal medicine
department offers a skin and laser clinic, a diabetes clinic,
a thyroid clinic, an ophthalmic clinic, an ear-nose-throat clinic
as well as an allergy clinic. The cardiac disease and rehabilitation
center provides special diagnosis through exercise stress tests
and echo cardiograms. The obstetrics-gynecology department offers
an infertility clinic, a menopause clinic, cervical cancer examination
both by Pap smears and Thin Pap (New method of screening) and
breast cancer examination in women, etc. The surgery department
provides a full range of surgery including plastic surgery and
specialty surgery while the pediatric department provides a well
baby clinic and a sick baby clinic in separated areas.
